Welcome to Bluegrass Ruby

We are currently on hiatus since summer 2026. If you want to reboot the group, go to Bluegrass Developers Guild and fill out the form at "Join us!" in the top menu. Within a few days you'll get an invite to the Slack workspace, where you can ask about restarting the meetup. This website's source code in case you want to reuse it.

When? We normally meet at 6:00 PM on the first Monday of each month, but be sure to check our events page for exact dates.

Where? We meet at Awesome Inc at 348 E Main St in downtown Lexington, Kentucky.

We also chat in the Bluegrass Developers Guild Slack in the #ruby channel. (To join, fill out the form at “Join us!” in the top menu of the dev guild website.)

Our attendees are of varying experience levels, so you’re welcome to join us even if you don’t know Ruby yet!
